Ode to the All American City

Zine / 6.5”x4.5”

What makes a city “All American”? In 1996 Westminster, CA was dubbed an “All American City” by the National Civic League. The photography taken shows the eclectic typography across the city. This zine questions the notion around what it means to be “All American”, emphasizing that what unifies us it that we are a melting pot of quirky signage from all backgrounds.

UXUI / Wearable Device

Edenspiekermann creative agency supplied a brief for a Star Alliance in-airport digital experience. The creative brief prompted to research, prototype and build a digital experience to improve the customer experience during ‘deadtime’ between connecting flights at airports. The Apple Watch Star Alliance App was created to help tackle clear communication and flight changes with a wearable device by receiving alert notifications. Alleviate the stress of juggling the many to-do’s while traveling by setting reminders.

Old New Orleans Rum

Spirit Packaging / 10.5”x3.5”

Stranger & Stranger supplied a creative brief to create top shelf spirit packaging that sells an experience. Old New Orleans Rum pays homage to the city it’s named after and the its history and traditions. One of those long standing traditions is the practicing of voodoo. This concept shows the mysterious magic of voodoo and the power of tarot cards.

Grief manifests into many forms, but it’s unifying in that everyone deals with it. Grief is non linear and very often cyclical in its nature by the way it ebbs and flows. Living through unprecedented times makes it hard to really understand how we are feeling; but where words fail, music speaks.
